Spaghetti With Shrimp Recipes

 200g of spaghetti

4 cloves garlic

5.- We drain the water spaghetti, reserving two tablespoons of the cooking broth. Add the spaghetti to the pan, garlic and shrimp. We added the cooking water we had reserved and some chopped parsley. We let it cook for another minute, while we constantly stir. Ready spaghetti!

There are so many best cod fish recipes.The fried cod with caramelized onion is a recipe that I learned in one of the cooking courses I’ve done. I was struck by this mixture of flavors so I think it’s worth sharing it with everyone. If you like cod, I assure you that this mixture of flavors is going to be brutal. And you will repeat it. It is an elegant recipe and its elaboration is very easy and simple.We can find so many  Chicken Breast Recipes on internet .  

Best Cod Fish Recipes Ingredients for 4 people

800 g of desalted cod or you can use another kind of fish

2 medium onions

3 medium potatoes

2 egg yolks

2 butter spoons

1 teaspoon of sugar

1 trickle of vinegar

Flour, to batter

olive oil

salt and pepper

How To Make Best Cod Fish Recipes

1.- Make the caramelized onion. To not extend too much, I leave the recipe of how to do it  here  (will open new window)

2.-  To make the garnish of the mashed potato: Put the potatoes whole and with skin to cook over medium heat in abundant water for 15 minutes. When they are cooked (we poke the potatoes with a knife and, if it enters and leaves well, they will be cooked) we peel them and we put them in a bowl along with the butter to room temperature, the egg yolks and a pinch of salt. We mix and grind everything well with the help of a fork. It will come out a thick mash and very tasty.

3.-  Finally we make the fried cod: We cut it in thick strips, of about 3cm of thickness, we pass for flour by all its sides and we fry it with strong fire with abundant olive oil.

4.- To put it, we put a base of the caramelized onion. Above we place the cod and on the side of the plate, with the help of a mold (if we have it) our puree.

Fried Squid Recipes

The  squid with onion and tomato , is a fried squid recipes for those of “life”. Grandma’s recipe. It is a very easy food to make and quite economical. With just half a dozen ingredients we have. Fried Squid Recipes

INGREDIENTS  for 4 people:

1 kg of squid. Also known as chipirones
2 medium onions
About 200 g of ripe tomatoes
Oil. Preferably olive
Salt and pepper

RECIPE OF Fried Squid Recipes

1. We clean the squid. Perhaps this is the most expensive step. We separate the tentacles from the body and remove the part where they expel the ink, at the base of the tentacles. (It’s like an eye, pretty hard). Then we remove a kind of hard membrane that they have in their body, transparent and elongated. This is the only bone that the calamari have. Then we remove all of its guts from the inside of the body. All this we throw, it does not serve us. You can also remove the skin if you want, but I love squid skin. It’s up to you to decide what to do with it.
2. We clean the tentacles and body under running water. To remove all impurities. Then cut them into large pieces.
3. In a skillet, put a little oil and heat it over low heat. Then we put in the onion, cut in julienne (in long strips) and we give a pinch of salt and pepper to them. We are going away, slowly stirring from time to time.
4. After about 15 minutes, when the onion is soft, add the chopped tomatoes without the skin. We raise the fire a little and cook it for 5 minutes more.
5. Now, we passed through an iron squid. If we do not fit all that is normal with these amounts, we do it in batches. Put a drop of oil and cook over high heat for only a minute. Then we threw them directly on the vegetables we had already cooked. We will put vinegar so that it absorbs well all the juices that the squid will have released and then we throw all this again to the vegetable.
6. Finally, before serving, let cook all the ingredients for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly.
