Roast Chicken Oven Recipes For Thighs

Roast Chicken Oven 

Ingredients for 4 people.

1 chicken about 2kg

2 cloves garlic

A little basil, parsley, oregano, rosemary, thyme …. Or other fine herbs to your liking

olive oil

1/2 glass of water

1/2 glass of white wine

Salt and pepper

Roast Chicken Oven Recipe :-


1.- Preheat the oven to about 210ºC. While it is heating, we put the chicken in a tray of oven and we add a pinch of salt, the 1/2 glass of water, the 1/2 glass of white wine and a jet of olive oil. All this is to give it more flavor and to avoid overcoating the chicken in the oven

2.- In a mortar we prepare a majao. We put the chopped garlic cloves, the fine herbs and a trickle of olive oil. We crushed well with the mortar

3.- We put this majao on the whole surface of the chicken. This will add an extra touch to the chicken. Then we put the baked chicken and preheated to 210ºC

4 .- After about 20-25 minutes, half cooked, we turn the chicken. This will cook well on both sides.

5.- Finally, after another 20-25 minutes, when it is roasted and well browned, remove the chicken and let stand 5 minutes. We serve it.

And we’ll have ready our roast chicken in the oven . In this case, it has these fine herbs which, in my opinion gives a brutal touch. If you prefer, you can also do it naturally, that is, without adding the herb and garlic sauce. Take advantage!

4.- We pass the wings by the mixture of flour breadcrumbs and spices, then by the mixture of the egg and the milk and then again by the mixture of flour and breadcrumbs. Let it be well smeared with these ingredients. We reserved on a plate until we finished breading all the wings

5.- Once breaded, we put the wings in the refrigerator for an hour so that the outside breading sits well
