4 medium and ripe avocados
400g cooked prawns
Olive oil, vinegar and salt

1.- The first thing is to cut the vegetables. Peel and chop the onion and chop the tomato (not peeled, better, although if you do not like you can peel it). We put it on a plate
2.- We do the same with prawns. We peel them and chop them, reserving 12 of them, that we will not chop because we will put them in the end. The prawns that we have chopped we put them next to the vegetable
3.- This done cut the avocados in half. We remove the inner nugget and extract all the pulp, trying not to break the shell. We reserved the pulp next to the prawns and the vegetable. We leave this at the end because the avocado rust very quickly, obtaining a dark color
4.- We dress to taste. We squeeze a pinch of salt, a squeeze of olive oil, and a trickle of vinegar. The vinegar will preserve the avocado, avoiding that it oxidizes so quickly. But even so, this is a recipe that will not last more than a few hours in the fridge. Mix all the ingredients well until a homogeneous mixture
5.- Fill all the avocados with this mixture generously. We will have shells left so fill in the ones that have been left over. Of 4 avocados will give us to fill between 6 and 7 halves of shells, depending on how much amount you give to each half.
6.- This done, we put two prawns on top of each half and we reserved everything in the refrigerator for an hour, before eating. To make it as fresh as possible!
