HOW TO MAKE RICE WITH CREAMY MILK
1.- We put in a pan about 100 ml of milk, the rice, a branch of cinnamon and the a little bit of lemon. We heat the mixture but, never to boil. We leave the rest of milk in another pan(keep this milk warm).
2.- When it starts to smoke, we constantly put a spoon in it and move it left right , never leaving it to boil, on a gentle fire.
3.- When the rice begins to absorb all the milk, we throw approximately another bucket of the one that we had reserved. It is recommended that this milk is heated so that the rice grains do not open. We keep stirring. And repeating the process until all the milk is finished.
4. When we see that the rice stops absorbing more milk and, that is very soft, it is the time to pour the sugar and the nut of butter. And to pour a little more milk if we see that it is very dry. We take another couple of minutes.
5.- Remove the grated from our citrus and the cinnamon branch that is inside (usually, crumbled) and put in rice our milk rice. You can pour a little more powdered cinnamon.
6.- Cover the bowls (with film paper, for example) and when they are at room temperature put in the refrigerator. After a few hours, our rice with creamy milk will be ready to consume.
