As you know I love to eat oatmeal. It is from my favorite breakfasts because it leaves me very satisfied and especially in the cold months for me is the most comforting breakfasts there are.
It is one of the ingredients that I use a lot in my kitchen, so I decided to make a compilation of my favorite recipes with oats from the blog. Besides that the oats gives me a feeling of comfort and I start the day very well, it has many benefits for health. Some of them are:
