1  Noodles with salmon, capers and béchamel

Today we have made in the Office noodles with fresh salmon and capers and as I was bechamel I made yesterday, I changed the cream that I was going to put for bechamel


3 servings

2 loin fresh salmon

400 grams egg noodles

3 tablespoons capers

Homemade Bechamel


Black pepper


Olive oil


30 minutes


Put oil in the pan and pour the salmon taquitos


To cook spaghetti


When the salmon begins to be added add the capers and we go around so that it does not stick or burn for a few pieces and others do not


Go stirring


Drain the pasta


Add the béchamel and if it is very thick add a little milk. Give a touch of salt


Serve by putting the pasta, sauce and top with dill and pepper

2  Homemade noodles


A simple recipe and perfetta to have homemade noodles at home. In Italy we make home-made pasta, especially on holidays … as always the authentic recipe here.


600 grams

400 gr durum wheat flour

4 large eggs


Take a table to possibly knead wood and a roller. Pour the flour and make the classic volcano. Add the 4 eggs and knead with your hands until you get a dough that does not stick to us.

Smooth and homogeneous. Save cover for half an hour. Now roll the dough to a thickness as thin as possible. 3   Tagliatelle in homemade tomato sauce with pineapple and pecorino

Simple recipe to cook some tagliatelle with homemade tomato sauce, a tropical touch of pineapple and slices of pecorino cheese.


4 servings

250 grams tagliatelle fresh

400 grams crushed tomato

1 carrot

1 green pepper

1/2 red pepper

2 garlic cloves

1/2 onion

50 ml wine from Jerez

100 grams fine peas

150 grams pineapple

100 grams pecorino cheese

Olive oil and salt


45 minutes


In a frying pan with a little olive oil we will make a good sofrito with everything very finely chopped.


Once we have made the sofrito we grind it and we go through a fine strainer. Add the Sherry wine and season with a little salt.


Cut the pineapple into small pieces.


Add the chopped pineapple and the fine peas, leaving a few more minutes to simmer.


We get some flakes of pecorino cheese.


We take the fresh pasta in abundant water with a little salt.


Once cooked the pasta, we drain well and we pass to the sofrito.


We mix everything well and we have our tagliatelles ready.


It only remains to serve and pour over the pecorino flakes, I also put some fresh basil leaves. I hope you like it.
