Potato Kachori Recipe  Ingredients for the dough:

200 grs of wheat flour, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1/4 cup water (75 ml), pinch of salt.

2 cooked and peeled potatoes, 1 small chopped chives, 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger, 1 pinch garlic powder, 1/2 finely chopped carrot.
