Easy Octopus Recipe Ingredients For 4 People:
An octopus already cooked, about 2 to 3 kg. If you have it fresh, here I explain how to cook it correctly
Sweet or spicy paprika. According to taste
3 or 4 medium potatoes
Easy Octopus Recipe
1.- First cook the potato. We put plenty of water with a good handful of salt in a casserole and put the potatoes in it. We bring it to a boil and let them cook for about 30 minutes. It can also be made on the same water as the octopus. Thus, it will take part of the flavor of the octopus. When we cut it with a knife and enter and leave the potato without difficulty, they will be ready
2.- Let the potato cool down and peel it. Then cut into slices about 0.5 to 1 cm thick. Place them on a plate. Originally made on a wooden plate but, you can do it on a ceramic if you do not have it.
3.- We cut the octopus into small pieces. A finger of approximately thickness. It is best to do it with scissors (simpler). We put it on the potato
4.- Finally we seasoned with an abundant paprika and on top, a squirt of olive oil. It’s better if she’s an extra virgin. We also put salt on it. Fatty salt will help make it crisper.
