Ingredients For An Italian Seafood Pizza Recipe For Two People.

250 g of plain flour. You can use force but with a normal flour is enough

 1 small potato

 One teaspoon dried yeast or 10 g fresh baker’s yeast

 Two tablespoons of fried tomato

 100 g grated mozzarella cheese

 Olive oil

1.- Prepare the dough. As the fish or octopus  and we have potato, I think it must be put somewhere and the mass, is the place that in my opinion is the most appropriate. 2.- We knead the dough. About 10 minutes of kneading and then let it rest, well covered with a damp cloth, for about 2 hours. Until you have doubled your size

3.- When you have fermented, we shape the pizza. We can do it by hand (or with the help of a roller, round or with the shape of the oven tray, each as you know and / or want, in this case, I shaped it with a roller, because I wanted a dough Very thin but, if you want a normal pizza dough, it is best to do it by hand to leave bubbles in the pizza dough and become spongy once cooked.

4.- Place the pizza base on oven paper and place a fried tomato base on top of the fish or octopus, cut into slices with a knife, then the grated mozzarella cheese on top and a dash of olive oil. Now with the oven preheated to everything from (usually 250 ° C. If your oven has more, then better) and with the oven tray, already placed in the lower part of it, so that it is very hot from the beginning, We put paper of oven and pizza on the tray. We can help a grid to put it or a carton because, with our hands we will not be able to take the paper of oven with the pizza (would break)


5.- Let it cook for about 10 minutes, until the dough is browned. After this time, we turn off the oven and raise the tray to the highest slit. And we leave it there for one or two minutes, so that the pizza is finished cooking. We take it out, we pour another trickle of olive oil on it, the sweet paprika, and it will be ready to taste !!. Do not forget to put the paprika in the end because if you put it in the oven it will burn!


What I explained in step 4 and 5 , is to emulate a wood-burning oven, which is where they make the pizzas in the good pizzas. If it seems too complicated or you just do not want to do all this, you can shape the pizza on the oven tray and, when the oven is at 200ºC, you put it in the middle slot for about 15 minutes.
