Homemade Chocolate recipes

The Homemade Chocolate recipes filled with Nutella. They are very advisable to give in Valentine, on a birthday or, any other special appointment. Also, they are very easy to do. We will only need a special mold for chocolates (one of ice is not good). Let’s see how to make chocolates stuffed with Nutella.

INGREDIENTS to make Homemade Chocolate stuffed with Nutella:

1 tablet of chocolate with milk
1 bottle of Nutella or other cacao cream

HOW TO MAKE A FILLED Homemade Chocolate OF NUTELLA:

1.- We put to melt the water bath, 2/3 of a tablet of chocolate with milk. When it has melted, remove from the heat.
2.- Add the remaining chocolate. Let it melt again. All this, we do to make the chocolate brighter. You can also do it in the microwave but, I do not recommend it because, in the water bath, they are also brighter.
3.- With a kitchen brush, we are painting molten chocolate some special molds for chocolates. Make sure that nothing is left unpainted as this will be the outer layer of the candy.
4. Once you have painted, remove the chocolate that has been left out of the mold with a legume (to be minimally presentable) and put the mold in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Until it has cooled well.
5. Now add the Nutella. We take some of the Nutella with a knife and fill with the molds for chocolates. They should be filled up almost to the top, but leaving a small gap.
6.- We seal the chocolates with more molten chocolate. Once you have sealed it, remove the excess chocolate again and put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour. Cool it well.
7.- Finally we take out our chocolates stuffed with Nutella. They retreat easily, much like removing ice.
The colder they are, the better we are going to get them out.
