HOMEMADE BUTTER COOKIES
BASIC BUTTER BISCUITS
500 ml (2 cups) unbleached all purpose flour
1 ml (¼ teaspoon) of salt
250 ml (1 cup) unsalted butter, softened
180 ml (¾ cup) sugar
5 ml (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract
1.In a bowl, combine flour and salt. Book.
