INGREDIENTS

500 ml (2 cups) unbleached all purpose flour

PREPARATION
1.In a bowl, combine flour and salt. Book.
2.In another bowl, cream butter with sugar and vanilla with electric mixer. Add the egg and whisk until the mixture is homogeneous. At low speed or in a wooden spoon, incorporate dry ingredients. Shape the dough into 2 discs. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour (see note).

1.Beat the butter with the sugar, eggs and vanilla in a bowl until creamy. Sift flour with cream of tartar, baking soda and salt; gradually add to the previous mixture, mixing just enough to combine everything. Roll dough into 1-inch circles, place on a plate or sheet and refrigerate for at least two hours, or overnight.
2.Preheat the oven to 350 ° F (175 ° C).
3.Lower the dough circles to the desired thickness on a floured surface. Cut cookie cutters and place on cookie sheets.
4.Bake 7-10 minutes, until the cookies begin to brown.
