Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef sirloin

1cloves garlic chopped

1tablespoon crumbs bread

Method

Combine all ingredient in a large bowl

2 slices three seed bread

Danish cheese

Smart butter

Dijon mustard

Method

Brush a slice of bread with butter and then put a slice of cheese along with some Dijon mustard and finally place another slice of bread.

Spray baking sheet with vegetable oil

Put cracked wheat with water before using about 10 min

Ingredient
1cup white rice
21/2 cup milk
¼ stick butter
1cup butter milk
1 cup sugar
1tablspoon rose water
Method
Combine the rice with milk in a medium saucepan, Bring it to a boil and still stir
Turn on the lowest heat
Stir  butter milk and sugar
Add to the rice
Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Until the rice is very soft add rose water stir well

Ingredient

2cups orzo pasta

1bag vegetable mix

2tablspoons parsley chopped

2tablspoons dried apricot

Ingredients

1cup chickpea cooked

1cup hummus

1tablespoon lemon juice

1cup yogurt plan

1garlic clove chopped

2tablespoons tahini (sesame paste)

2cup toasted pita bread

2tablespoons roasted pine nuts

Salt, pepper

Method

Mix yogurt with tahini, garlic chopped, lemon juice and saltin a bowl

Put toasted bread in a deep dish and top hummus and chickpeas

Pour yogurt on top

Ingredients

1cup water

2 tablespoons oil

2 eggs

½ cup dry cranberry

¼ cup pecan

¼ cup pistachio

1 bag combines mix of cranberry bread

Method

Heat oven 375 degree F. use-nonstick cooking spray.

Combine Mix, water, eggs, oil, pecan, pistachios and cranberry.

Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
