Cereals come in many varieties and they can be a quick way to prepare a great tasting healthy breakfast.  Many can be eaten hot or cold and you can add fruit to your ceral to jazz it up for more variety and health benefits. Cheese Chicken Nuggets  is a healthy meal for us and our children’s  too.
