Why sit for 4 hours a day can kill you?

Our today topic is health risks of sitting at a desk all day.I can die in a plane crash, or in a car accident. I can be shot in the street. I can be torn apart by the ocean sharks. For example, I might meet bears in a wooded area. Or I can be blown up by terrorists. Parachuting is incomprehensible and I can crash right up. My boat can sink, or my motorcycle can be rolled. Forgetting to look at both sides while crossing over and GÜM !!

There are many ways to die outside. But I am running away from them all, staying at home and sitting in my chair. Is not it?

In recent years, a lot of research has been done on the physical discomforts caused by the seat. It has been documented that the damage of sitting on the seat for a long time has reached scary dimensions. The stand-up trend is taking over the offices all over the world.

What is this physiological explanation?

Nobody knows.

Craig Harms of the University of Kansas says that sitting in this condition is due to the lack of enough work related to the physiological process.

From Kansas State, Rosenkranz looked at the data of 63,000 middle-aged men. Rosenkranz’s team managed to establish a relationship between chronic illness and the time spent sitting. The magic number in the study is 4 hours. Men who spend more than four hours a day are significantly more likely to develop chronic diseases such as cancer, diabetes and high blood pressure.
