1/2 kg cauliflower
1 medium onion
3 or 4 garlic
Extra virgin olive oil, salt, bouillon and a pinch of paprika
Easy Recipe for cauliflower:-
In a saucepan to boil water with the broth, place the cauliflower in small pieces and the onion in julienne.
In a frying pan with a little oil, sauté the rolled garlic, when golden, put a pinch of paprika out of the fire so that it does not burn … add to the saucepan, salt and cook (it has to be thick)
