Ingredients for making Fried Chinese Rice (for 2-4 people):
To cook the rice: 200 grams of basmati rice, 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil (about 50 ml), 1/2 liter of water and 1/2 small spoonful of fine salt.

100 grams of cooked ham or turkey ham
