An accompaniment for Indian dishes, or a vegetarian dish
ingredients / for 4 people
3 tablespoons oil
600 g of cauliflower
2 chopped onion
1 tablespoon coffee of grains mustard
1 clove of chopped garlic
1 tablespoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of ginger ground
250 g tomato sauce
15 cl of plain yogurt
2 tablespoons of soya sauce
1 tablespoon of flour
1 tablespoon of cilantro chopped fresh
50 g ground almonds
salt and pepper
2 sliced tomatoes
1.Wash the cauliflower and separate into small bunches . Heat the oil in a wok (or pan).
2.cook the mustard seeds in the oil for 1 minute. Add garlic and chopped shallots and sauté for 1 minute. Add bouquets of cauliflower and sauté for 4 minutes.
3.Stir in curry, turmeric, tomato sauce, 20 cl of water and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Salt and pepper.
Stir in yogurt flour and add to the previous preparation. Mix well and remove heat.
