Does Stress Cause Hair Loss? Well answer is yes it may be related to stress and hair loss.

Does Stress Cause Hair Loss

There can be three types of hair loss due to high stress:

– Alopecia areata: This disease manifests itself in regional hair loss on hair, eyelashes and beards. Many factors are thought to trigger this disease. These include excessive stress. With Alopecia areata, white blood cells attack the hair follicles (hair root). Thus, hair growth stops and hair begins to fall out.

-Telogen effluvium: Stress in this disease causes most of the growing hair to fall into the resting phase. Within a few months, the affected hair begins to shed in and out during washing or crawling.

– Trichotillomania: In this disease, the person feels an irresistible desire to attract hair, lashes or other hair on the body.

Stress and hair loss do not have to be permanent. If you control stress, your hair will start to come out again. Do not neglect to talk to your doctor when you experience a normal hair loss. Another medical condition that requires rapid hair loss treatment may also be a reporter. If necessary, your doctor may recommend treatment options for hair loss. And if your efforts to manage stress are not working out, you should be helped in that.
