4 fillet chicken breasts

1 green pepper

How to Make Chicken Rolls with Vegetables:
1- The first thing to do is to heat the oven to 200 degrees.
2- In a table, open the chicken breasts to be well extended.
3- Wash and cut the onion, green pepper, zucchini and tomato into small pieces.
4- Bring a frying pan to the fire with a little oil and stir the vegetables until they are at their point, neither more nor less cooked. Reserve.
5- Open the chicken breasts one by one and arrange on each one a slice of cheese.
6 – Next, fill them with a little of the vegetables in the center, and close them forming a roll. To keep them open, use a few chopsticks.
7- When the four rolls are made, arrange them in a baking tray and sprinkle them with tablespoons of the oil. Season to taste and bring the rolls to the oven for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
