Chicken And Vegetables Recipes
The cous cous or couscous is one of the most widespread Arab dishes . Originally from Morocco and Algeria, made from wheat semolina and widely used as main course or accompaniment, because it lends itself to many different combinations, such as this cous cous of chicken and vegetables for children.
4 chicken thighs (with or without skin)
2 green peppers
400 gr. From cous cous
400 ml. Chicken broth
4 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon curry
Oil and salt
Preparation of cous cous of chicken and vegetables for children
1. In a saucepan heat the broth with a dash of oil, when it breaks to a boil add the cous cous and let it absorb the broth, stirring occasionally. When you are ready, book it.
2. Wash and peel the vegetables, cut them all into small dice.
3. Heat a splash of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour the chicken thighs, saute for a few minutes and add the vegetables. Sauté all together, add the salt, curry and parsley branches, and let it cook all together on fire about five minutes.
